SHIPPING POLICY
Notice: We ship to all States in the USA
- Free Standard Shipping. We aim to dispatch your item(s) the next day the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days provided that the order is placed before 8pm on Monday to Friday. Please be aware that if you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday
- Express Shipping. We are pleased to provide a same day delivery service be it weekends and/or public holidays and will aim to deliver within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery Duration. You can check the estimated delivery time of your order online using your tracking information which will be provided to you by our courier used. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays outside of our control: If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
- Please contact us immediately if you need to change or withdraw your order.
- You can log in to your account to check the status of the order.
- We don’t charge any sales tax or export duties. However, if the package is checked by your State/Country’s customs office when the item arrives in your State, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your State. All customers are responsible to check with your local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
